Strength in Strategic Minerals

Building the Next Generation Industrial Minerals Company

Developing lasting industrial mineral assets across South America with an eye on environmental impact and resource longevity.

Supply Sovereignty

We are a climate tech materials company holding the intellectual property for processing a raw material source in Peru. Our operations are independent of Chinese or Turkish supply chains and feature a proven import-substitution model.

THE ZEOLITE PROJECT

We are on the first stage
Financing the plant in Lima, Perú

ZEOLITE

Mineral Andeans Inc. is financing the Lima plant to produce a Target ramp-up to 500 t/month of high-purity zeolite (Heulandite-based). Lab-verified quality + LOIs + IP-controlled processing

Investing in Peru-based zeolite production with verified quality and contracted demand

High-purity industrial

The Opportunity

Global demand tailwinds
for high-purity industrial minerals (adsorption/quality-driven applications).

Zeolite demand supported by end-use growth
in environmental remediation, oxygen/adsorption applications, agriculture/water treatment and more.

Commercial focus:
high-value segments that prioritize certified quality (Heulandite-based purity) over commodity supply.

Market sizing and segmentation available in Investor Deck

Market opportunity
(South America Global export)

Traction &
Demand Validation

LOIs in place
for offtake of zeolite (Heulandite-based).

Validated demand: +500 t/month
(initial phase).

Counterparties / pathway:
LOIs with industrial buyers for
water and oxygen treatment.

Commercial terms:
subject to financing and commissioning; details in the Investor Deck (NDA).

Execution plan & timeline

Phase 1:
financing & commissioning of the Lima, Peru processing plant.

Target nameplate capacity:
500 t/month, ramp-up starting Month 4th

Operational approach:
QA/QC-driven production using lab-validated feed and process controls.

Execution milestones:
permits / procurement / installation / commissioning / first shipment (calendar in deck).

Cost & budgeting
approach

CAPEX estimate and funding structure provided in Investor Deck

Procurement strategy includes (EPC quotes / equipment lead times / contingency )

Estimated CAPEX: $250,000
contingency: 5%.

Risk-managed investment approach

Quality risk mitigated:

lab validation (XRD / Heulandite ~66.25%) with ISO/IEC 17025 reporting; QA/QC procedures in place.

Market risk mitigated:

demand supported by LOIs and a clear
offtake / distribution pathway.

Execution risk mitigated:

Plant location selected; ramp-up plan to
reach 500 t/month; milestone-based commissioning.

Supply/operational risk mitigated:

controlled raw material source and processing IP (details in deck).

Compliance risk mitigated:

governance, regulatory compliance and documentation available for investor due diligence.

Key legal / permitting items: status available in NDA due to confidentiality
